In case of non-delivery of the product, GiftstoPak will refund the whole amount to the customer that he/she has paid. If a customer wishes to cancel an order, GiftstoPak will refund the amount after deducting 20% Administration Cost, from the total amount of the order. Order must be canceled within 12 hours after placing the order.
